IWP Conclave & Iconic Women Award 2023 (a registered initiative of Project 100), was a multi-stakeholder convention of 50+ women leaders from 33+ countries in the world. In this residential convention, the insights and experiences of women leaders on various issues from diverse domains was be divulged and addressed through active participation.

International Women Parliament
The International Women Parliament (IWP) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) that aims to promote gender equality and women’s political participation. It provides a platform for women parliamentarians from different countries to come together, share experiences, and collaborate on issues related to women’s rights and empowerment. The International Women Parliament organizes conferences, forums, and workshops where women parliamentarians can discuss various topics, such as legislative initiatives, gender mainstreaming, and political strategies to advance women’s rights. These events provide an opportunity for networking, knowledge sharing, and creating a global network of women leaders.

Dr. S.N Pathan is a renowned educationist who has served as Vice Chancellor of Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj University, Director of Higher Education for Maharashtra, and Vice President of ICCR under the Ministry of External Affairs. He also serves as an advisor in MIT World Peace University – Pune. He has made significant contributions to education in India.

Ms. Namita Ghimire

International Women Parliament
Namita Ghimire is a Nepali citizen and a social worker. From a very young age of 17 years she actively involved herself in social welfare. Namita has a degree in NGO Management from Philanthropy University USA. She has made her identity and is a founder and president of the Human Harmony Nepal (NGO) organization in Nepal.

We are delighted to commemorate the International Day of Parliamentarism on 30 June, a significant date that marks the founding of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) in 1889. This momentous occasion, established in 2018 by a United Nations General Assembly Resolution, holds great importance.
